OBTAINING NANODIAPERSE OXIDE ELECTROLYTS WITH IONIC CONDUCTIVITY USING POLYHYDRIC ALCOHOLS IN SHS METHOD
Abstract
By method of self-evaluation high-temperature synthesis (SHS) single phase superfine powder was obtained: CeO2, doped transition elements, solid electrolytes La0,88Sr0,12Ga0,82Mg0,18O2,85 and La0.5Sr0.5Ga0.05Fe0.95O2.85. As a combustible, ethylene glycol, glycerol, and their mixtures in various proportions were used.
