A geo-economic analysis of agricultural plant production in the countryside of the Ramadi district center

Abstract

The research represented in the study and analysis of the reality ofagricultural plant production in the countryside of the Ramadi district center. It became clear through the study that the region possesses important developmental qualifications to achieve the requirements of agricultural development in light of the availability of arable areas and the diversity of water resources and fertile soil sources.  Among them in terms of their area and production quantities with varying relative importance of agricultural crops, where cereal crops ranked first among agricultural crops by (44%), and vegetable crops came in second place with (32%), and horticultural crops came in third place with (14%) and in  Fourth place is industrial crops with a rate of (10%) and fodder crops are ranked fifth with a rate of (9%), and that these agricultural quantities can be increased and expanded if integrated government support is provided to the public and private sectors and loans and financial subsidies are provided in a way that contributes to the investment and development of this sector.  and achieving the requirements of sustainable agricultural.
