Cardiopulmonary arrest upon admission caused by pilsicainide hydrochloride intoxication: A case report
Abstract
Key Clinical Message A 22‐year‐old male presented to our hospital after receiving 2450 mg of pilsicainide hydrochloride. Subsequently, he experienced cardiac arrest, and percutaneous cardiopulmonary support was introduced to maintain his circulation. After 3 days of intensive care, he regained consciousness and was transferred to another hospital for treatment related to psychological problems.
