Explanation the Expert System’s Capabilities Enablers to Enhance the Strategic Decisions
Abstract
Decision making is a backbone to establish the organizations and direct them to do the best activities and development functions to reach the known strategic goals. Strategic goals are based on managers’ intuition and his knowledge characteristics to recognize and forecast its impacts. These expectations depend on environment scanning. The scope and the levels of organizational processes need to have an efficient strategic decision making system (SDM) based on heuristic and systematic frameworks. The other aim is to survey the capabilities of enables of an expert system to enhance the SDM processes. Thus, the governmental organization selected as a population with 68 of its managers on strategic and tactics levels. The research has seven hypotheses. These hypotheses have following key variables: recognize of organizational problem nature, intuition capabilities of decision makers, opportunities, selecting appropriate alternatives and evaluating the SD levels. These types of characteristics of variables set to study and test by expert system. After data analysis and testing hypotheses, interpreting the findings to design and utilize the heuristic system for strategic management levels about the research goal organization.
