Primary undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma (Malignant fibrous histiocytoma) of the lung: A case report

Abstract

Abstract Primary UPS of the lung, so‐called MFH, is a rare aggressive neoplasm and known to be a high risk of recurrence and metastasis. Surgical resection without residual tumor is the main option of treatment and the best chance for long‐term survival.
