From Technogenic Rationality to Rationality of Socialand Biosphere Development

Abstract

The author proposes complex of measures to overcome destructive social and ecologic consequences of technogenic development and its rationalization. The opposite alternative of technogenic rationality is elaborated that presents humane and rational ideas of mankind to preserve biosphere and its life.
