Characterization of graduate training process
Abstract
This research approaches the Management of Postgraduate Training Process, and the need to strengthen this area with the intention of transforming. Occurred transits can be revealed considering a decontextualized cultural systematization towards a partial contextualization which does not fulfill the professional social demands, allowing developing this training process taking into account the specificity of the socio-cultural assignment which permits to deepen in the development of an authentic proposal in its relationship with postgraduate research. Epistemological referents and different graduate models were taken as methods and techniques of qualitative social research.
