In the present work a thematic one related to the professional motivation in the degree in Pedagogy-Psychology is approached, like instrument of the success in the training of this professional. The research aims to help raise the professional motivation of students in this career, for which an educational strategy is proposed that affects the improvement of the preparation of teachers for the development of professional motivational from the different components of the process training (academic, labor-research and extension) from the diagnosis made it was found the teacher's insufficient preparation for educational management and poor professional motivation of students. We used research methods of theoretical, empirical and statistical level that allowed to corroborate the relevance and relevance of the study whose impact has to show a higher level of motivation towards the career.
