An adaptive-constructive approach to the implementation of the ideas of facilitation and support of students in a technical university is determined by one of the promising methodological approaches and conditions for ensuring the proper quality of solutions to the problems of personality development in the scientific and technical vocational educational environment of the university. In the structure of theorizing the foundations and prospects for solving problems and tasks of facilitating and supporting students in a technical university, an adaptive-constructive approach is a condition for a qualitative clarification of all components of the scientific and pedagogical activity of scientific and pedagogical workers, in the selected direction ideas of facilitation and support of students in a technical university are determined as a value – semantic ways of theorizing conditions and technologies for solving problems of personality development, trends in facilitation and support of students in a technical university as natural phenomena and products of holistic comprehension and clarification of the correctness of personality development and ensuring the functionality of the scientific and technical vocational educational environment of the university, the position of facilitation and support of students in technical university as products of theorization of the process and prospects of quality management of development and technologization of the integral development of the individual in the created and updated scientific and technical vocational and educational environment of the university.
