The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of interest in becoming a teacher. Mastery of basic courses of education, and practice of field experience on the readiness of students to be teachers simultaneously or partially. The population of this study is a student of accounting education class of 2013 who have taken the basic courses of education and practice field experience amounted to 188 students. A sample of 123 students taken using porpotional random sampling technique of Isaac and Michael calculations. Methods of data collection using questionnaire techniques. Data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously the interest to be a teacher, the mastery of the basic subjects of education and practice of field experience simultaneously affect the readiness of students to be teachers in the accounting education students in 2013 FE Unnes. Partial interest in becoming teachers influences the readiness of students to become teachers, the mastery of the basic subjects of education affect the readiness of students to become teachers, field experience practices affect the readiness of students to become teachers. Suggestion given in this research is student must always increase readiness in becoming teacher and interest become teacher.
