The aim of this research was to analyze the factors that affects upon the throwing efficacy at Kazan Beach Handball Senior Women's World Cup 2018. The sample is made up of a total of 2160 shots from 38 matches of the 12 teams classified to the main round. The observational methodology was used and an "ad hoc" observational instrument was created, complying with the requirements to guarantee the quality of the data. The research design followed the characteristics of ideographic, punctual and multidimensional. The results obtained showed that the inner zone of the area was the one that presented the greatest relevance within the development of the match and showed the highest values for both, shots and goals scored. Spin shots were the most frequently performed, achieving their highest efficacy levels from the interior central zone, followed by the left interior lateral zone. It can be concluded that at the 2018 Women's Beach Handball World Cup, the shots of the 12 best teams were mostly executed from the inner central and left areas. The shots that culminated in goals from lateral zones were located in a statistically significant way on the side of the goal closest to the execution zone.
