Re-sternotomy aortic arch repair is a complicated procedure. The newly developed commercial open stent graft (OSG) can facilitate the supra-aortic vessels being rebuilt during arch aneurysm repair, but difficulties remain. To simplify the reconstruction of the distorted arch branched vessels and create an easier way for anastomosis to occur, we demonstrate the procedure by using the reversed non-stented, fabric portion of the Frozenix J graft prosthesis to simplify re-do aortic arch repair.
