Civil Procedure Law has several characteristics, and among these features or characteristics is the formal character. In other words, the proceedings should be carried out in accordance with a specific context in the text of the law, otherwise, it would have been useless. Formality in this sense is the cornerstone of the procedure laws, and it is indispensable. In the view of comparative legislation, it carries advantages which make it one of the main pillars of the procedural law. However, these legislations did not deny the negative side, which led them to refrain from resorting to it in order not to adversely affect the entire judicial process.
