Abstract

Qualitative methods have an increasing importance and are increasingly used as one of the tools used to manage all types of organizations. The application of these methods brings significant advantages in conducting research. This paper presents an overview of the application of qualitative methods in management and the importance of using a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods in the research.
