This research paper investigates the potential of the MICADO method in modular structures through parametric development. The MICADO approach combines frame-supported modulus systems with prefabricated panels for exterior walls, allowing for simultaneous installation. The study addresses constraints related to architectural plans, focusing on the structural behavior of MICADO structures under seismic and gravity loads. Case studies are employed to evaluate structural elements' resistance and assess the buildings' lateral stability during seismic events. The findings contribute to developing solutions and best practices for designing MICADO structures, ensuring their overall structural integrity and stability. The outcomes of this study will aid architects, engineers, and construction professionals in designing and constructing robust modular structures, paving the way for improved efficiency, sustainability, and safety in the built environment.
