Abstract

The article discusses the conditions and periods of storage of cereals and flour. Processes occurring in the objects under study when storage conditions are not met, ways of contamination of grain stocks by pests. The use of digital methods will ensure transparency of all links - from producer to consumer, and feedback will help to find and localize the source of infection.
