Abstract

讨论了旋转对称函数在归一化Haar变换域中的谱特性，提出了基于归一化Haar变换检测旋转对称函数的新方法.该方法具有易于计算机编程操作以及可以同时检测多种其他特殊逻辑函数等优点.
