Un complot contre le roi ? Les milices basques et la défense de l’institution monarchique pendant la guerre de succession (juillet 1475)
Abstract
From the study of an incident that occurred in July 1475 by the walls of Toro, where Basque soldiers tried to free king Ferdinand, whom they believed to be the prisonner of the Grandees, this article seeks to examine the political role of the common people in fifteenth-century Castile, as well as the way in which the chronicles of the time present this role (ou present it), especially the Crónica incompleta de los Reyes Católicos.
