Hematological tumors are one of the most common malignant tumors with high heterogenicity originated from the hematopoietic organs, and mainly damage the hematopoietic system. Traditional treatment methods mainly include radiotherapy and chemotherapy, but their effects are limited. The development of high-throughput gene sequencing technology and molecular diagnostic technology provides a theoretical basis for the disease classification, risk stratification and individualized treatment of hematological tumors, which greatly promotes the development of targeting therapy, immunotherapy, cell therapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation technology, and achieves good clinical application results. Based on the patients’ clinical information and risk stratification, selecting appropriate treatment drugs and performing personalized treatment are beneficial to improve the clinical efficacy of the patient and prolong the life of the patients.
