ESCALA DE CONTRATO PSICOLÓGICO DOCENTE: ESTRUTURA E EVIDÊNCIAS DE VALIDAÇÃO
Abstract
This study aimed to develop and validate a psychological contract measurement for universityand college teachers. It was used a sample of 232 teachers from different regions of Brazil, ofboth sexes and ages ranging from 25 to 70 years. The instrument was developed based onhomomorphic and heteromorphic exchanges model, and its items were based on interviewswith teachers and coordinators. Results indicated adequacy of the model, with theconfirmatory validity assumed for both, teachers obligations (χ²/df = 2,520; GFI = 0.859,AGFI = 0.854, RMSEA = 0.065), and institutional compensations (χ²/df = 2,520; GFI =0.859, AGFI = 0.854, RMSEA= 0.065). Furthermore, the measurement also shows goodreliability indexes. These data indicate that the instrument is promising, whether in the contextof research in higher education, whether in management education.
