THE ADMINISTRATIVE DISCIPLINARY PROCESS AND ASSUMPTIONS PROCEDURE UNDER THE AEGIS OF THE NEW CIVIL PROCESSUALITY (LAW 13.105/2015)

Abstract

This article aims to study the new deferred outlines the administrative law, especially the disciplinary proceedings with the enactment of Law 13,105 / 2015, the new Civil Procedure Code Brazilian, as to its regulation to color theory nothings internal sanctioning proceedings.
