The term of incubation means providing the necessary conditions for the initiation of new businesses and creating business ideas. The establishment and functioning of business incubators at faculties in Serbia, especially in the field of management, should be a priority of education in future, like it is in the more developed part of the world. The benchmarking of the student business incubators in the United States and Great Britain as good examples for observation, supports improvement of incubator faculties in Serbia. The aim of venture is to support young, educated, ambitious and hardworking students to develop an entrepreneurial thinking and to start and develop their own business in the controlled conditions, which in this case are related to the enterprise within the student business incubator. The knowledge gained in lectures would be directly adapted and implemented in the practice. Results are manifold. First of all, students are more motivated and willing to work and learn, because they see the benefit of it in the future. The students during their studies acquire practical knowledge, working in real business environment, faced with the market requirements, make business decisions, manage team and etc. Meantime, the economy gets already formed people who have theoretical and practical experience.
