Choice of nsaids for patients with chronic post-surgical pain on an outpatient-polyclinic stage: in focus amtolmetin guacil

Abstract

One of the actual problems of the long phase of the postoperative period is the formation of chronic postsurgical pain (CPSP). At the outpatient stage patient cura-tion with CPSP exercise clinic surgeon or a doctor of first contact (therapist or general practitioner), which is particularly relevant question of choosing the optimal preparation of the NSAID group. From the standpoint of efficiency and drug safety a promising drug from the group of NSAIDs is amtolmetin guacil.
