Pregravid preparation: current aspects and new technologiesof diagnosis and treatment on the basis of laser Raman spectroscopy and photo-immune therapy
Abstract
A unique high-performance, unparalleled integrated medical technology (methods and apparatus) for laser Raman spectral diagnosis and simultaneous treatment of inflammatory and degenerative and hormone-dependent diseases of the reproductive system in women on the basis of their physico-chemical has been developed. Precise and informative on-line diagnostics (screening and monitoring) of metabolic and morphometric characteristics of inflammatory diseases and cancer of female genital mutilation is comparable with the data of histological studies by 80%. Diagnostics takes less time when compared with conventional studies (biopsies) by almost 200 times (diagnosis using laser Raman spectrography - 1-2 min, the biopsy - 8-10 days). For the first time pregnancy in women with prolonged infertility (over 5 years) and having from 2 to 12 unsuccessful programs of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer in 36-40% of cases comes.
