Surgical management of a solitary metastatic ovarian adenocarcinoma with colonic origin presenting as gigantic bilateral ovarian masses
Abstract

This case was presented with bilateral abdominal masses, which were adenocarcinomas originating from gastrointestinal tract. Following colonoscopy and finding a mass, total colectomy was performed.
