Abstract

The article analyzes the notions "innovativeness" and "innovative development". It investigates the interrelation of innovative development and modernization, formulates the definitions of innovative modernization and the list of the most important aspects of the regional system modernization management system. It presents in graphical form the conceptual bases of management system of the modernized reforms of the regional system.
