To think about the permanence of electroacoustic music as a gender of music composition in general checks its own nature and brings up matters relating to its birth and listening condition. The article takes into consideration philosophical, historical and social legitimacy aspects on what concerns aspects of its creational forces and its durability through listening sensibility. To tell the story of electro-acoustic music means to follow the nomadic line established by Pierre Schaeffer’s choices involving radio art and music.
