THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE RUSSIAN PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY IN TERMS OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC RESTRICTIONS

Abstract

The Relevance of this study stems from the fact that in connection with introduction in Russia of programs of import substitution associated with the external geopolitical environment, there is a need of providing the population with medicines in the domestic production. The article describes the main initiatives leading to the strengthening of the role of domestic manufacturers of medicines on this segment of the market.
