Design and application of urinary catheterization device capable of preventing blockage (一种可防堵塞的导尿装置的设计与应用)

Abstract

Catheter blockage is a common adverse events among patient with urinary catheterization, leading retention of urine, infection and other complicaitons. This paper introduced the design and application of urinary catheterization device capable of preventing blockage. The urinary catheterization device is well designed to reduce the repeated catheteration, facilitate effective understanding of illness conditon of the patient and reduce the workload of nurses. (导尿管堵塞是尿管置管患者常见不良事件, 可引发尿潴留、感染等并发症。本研究主要介绍一款可防堵塞的导尿装置的设计以及使用方法, 其防堵塞优势明显, 避免反复留置尿管操作, 减轻患者痛苦, 有利于患者康复及病情观察, 同时减轻医护人员工作负荷, 保障医疗护理安全。)
