The process of professional orientation to military careers with a command profile: a pedagogical strategy
Abstract
The Professional Orientation towards military careers of command profile constitutes one of the priorities in the Military Schools "Camilo Cienfuegos", for the importance the student has to make a conscious professional selection, based on their interests and real possibilities in accordance with the needs from the country. The objective of the work was to design a pedagogical strategy to perfect the process of professional orientation towards military careers with a higher education command profile. In the investigative process, the dialectical-materialist method was assumed as a general method, which supported the theoretical and empirical methods that made possible the study and systematization of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the process under investigation. The practical result consisted in the pedagogical strategy that from its curricular actions in close relation with the extracurricular ones propitiated the acquisition of knowledge, development skills, capacities, motives and professional interests.
