A critical reflection on the paths of technique is presented, highlighting its relationship with a capitalist economy that sees in nature only a source of profit. The relations between the risk of society theory, the formation of environmental refugees and the historical structural violence that demarcate Contemporary Brazil are analyzed. On the other hand, the reality of Brazilian fauna and the scenario of violation caused by humans as a deleterious geological force to the preservation of non-human animals has been a contributing factor to the worsening of the environmental situation. Contradictions of the political contract are discussed when it comes to the protection of non-human animals.
