Diagnostics and complex treatment of inveterate apical periodontitis in acute condition

Abstract

The article represents detailed description of inveterate apical periodontitis in accute condition complex treatment methodology. Two ways of treatment are considered. The choice depends on presense or absence of root canal and periapical teeth portion exudates. Medical products calcilan and polyoxidonium are used for the desease treatment. New methodology of root canal and periapical portion exudates sampling for bacteriological study is represented. The article represents both comparison study of complex treatment efficiency of inveterate apical periodontitis in accute condition using medical products polyoxidonium and calcilan based on root canal and periapical teeth portion bacteriological study, as well as static handling of the researches.
