Uxoricide by a schizophrenic patient with delusional misidentification syndromes: A case report

Abstract

Abstract Delusional misidentification syndromes in psychiatric disorders might result in dangerous behavior leading sometimes to homicide. An early diagnosis and thorough follow up is important to avoid such consequences.
