Telework theme and technologies discussed in this article aims to demonstrate how the labor society seeks to (re) adapt to different forms of labor exercise to combine the use of new technologies with job prospects stemming from teleworking. Contemporary society requires the adequacy of the employees - much more individualistic, lonely and unprotected that once - to a globalized world, which has become digital, living with the Information Technology Revolution and the pressure for the relaxation of Employment Relations. The theoretical framework adopted for the preparation of the text were studies of Jack M. Nilles and Manuel Castells and the methodology chosen was the inductive - bibliographic/documentary.
