Service Satz und Grafik – praktische Unterstützung im Publikationsprozess

Abstract

The researchers of the Faculty of Medicine of Leipzig University and Leipzig University Hospital publish 2,000 scientific articles per year. Support throughout the process is requested by the authors. This demand was identified in a series of interviews within a master thesis in 2019. As a result, the University Library Leipzig initiated a typesetting and graphics service in September 2022. This service offers hands-on support for typesetting according to publisher guidelines and visualization of research data.
