Young and Adult Education: social representations about writing
Abstract
This article discusses how writing is perceived by female students enrolled in the Young and Adult Education program at the Instituto Federal Fluminense, campus Centro, Campos dos Goytacazes, RJ. Following contributions of the Social Representations Theory, it was possible to analyze the social aspects th Sabrina Mendonça Ferreira, Gerson Tavares Carmoat influence the reality of those student in regards to writing, and more specifically: their ways of conceiving and perceiving it as subjects of a social identity, of justifying it in the ways they use it or fear it, and of guiding their strategies in relation to desire or fear of writing.
