O Consenso em Matéria de Improbidade Administrativa: Limites e Controvérsias em torno do Acordo de não Persecução Cível Introduzido na Lei N° 8.429/1992 pela Lei N° 13.964/2019

Abstract

This article aims to present the evolution of Brazilian legislation regarding the possibility of using consensual means in matters of administrative improbity (Law No. 8,429 / 92). Judicial and extrajudicial tools will be examined, from the study of all the rules published on the subject, until the advent of the civil non-prosecution agreement, introduced in our system by Law No. 13.964 / 2019.
