Identification of stakeholders: Methods and approaches

Abstract

In contemporary business conditions, identification of stakeholders appears as a necessity. This paper explains the concept of a stakeholder, an entity that is gaining increasing importance for an organization. Moreover, the methods and approaches developed for the purpose of identifying stakeholders, as well as management system integration that respects identification of stakeholders and their requirements are listed.
