A comprehensive analysis of the thematic orientation, genre diver sity of publications, and authorship made it possible to establish the role of Narodnia Volya in the formation of Ukrainian people’ national consciousness and cultural memory during the period of the Ukrainian Central Council, the Ukrainian State, and the Directorate of the Ukrainian People’s Republic.
