Public policies on care services designed by the US government are not exempt from certain ideological dimension, which contextualizes the system of providing those services. Taking as starting point a critical review of the concepts of spatial justice and social segregation, a geostatistical methodology multilevel is designed to study the distribution of these organizations funded by the administration in order to evaluate the potential spatial variation in terms of the different social segregation patterns considered.
