In the title compound, C39H45NO7,the pyrrolidine ring is connected to an estrone group, a trimethoxy benzene and a phenyl ring. The pyrrolidine ring exhibits a twist conformation and the other five-membered ring an envelope conformation. Molecules are linked by N—H...O hydrogen bonds, C—H...π interactions and C—H...O hydrogen bonds.
