In terms of cultural diversity, educational action understood as communicative and transformational action must fulfil one condition for it to instil the sense ofintercultural dialogue. This condition involves tuming actors into subjects, and this transformation is based on sufficiently strong pedagogical grounds to be able to regard equality and inclusion as true marks of educational quality
