In experimental group (n=15), the volume of crossfit trainings ranged from 90 to 140 minutes per week. The study period was being conducted for 10 months (September-June). SJFT and ECG‑control (A. Zavyalov’s method) were used for evaluation. Mann — Whitney U — test was used for statistical data analysis. Results: There was a significant (Р<0,05) increase of functional fitness level of judo athletes from experimental group during the study period. Conclusion: The results show importance and effectiveness of the crossfit training in the training process of young judo athletes.
