Abstract

This research aims in general to show the effect of jurisprudential adaptation in ruling on issues related to contemporary financial transactions, unveiling its essence, and revealing its components and requirements. It stems from several questions, and attempts to answer them according to a logical and coherent sequence, through detailed investigations, and finally, a brief presentation of the most important results.
