Abstract

This paper reviewed the nursing measures based on the idea of "heterozygous treatment" for a patient in the face-down position after vitrectomy. A comprehensive treatment with various methods, including psychological care, position management, complication prevention and Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques, were carried out to improve the postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life of the patient. (本文回顾“杂合以治”思想应用于1例玻璃体切割术后面向下体位患者的护理体会。基于“杂合以治”思想, 采用多种方法给予患者对症综合治疗, 对促进术眼康复和提高患者生活质量有积极作用。)
