Histopathological changes in liver and kidney of the eel, Anguilla anguilla L., affected by Papillomatosis anguillarum

Abstract

Papillomatosis anguillarum causes inflammation, degeneration and necrosis changes in fiver and kidney of the diseased eels. The character and profound histopathological changes observed depending upon type and quantity of tumours occurring on the skin of the eel.
