We describe a case of successful veno-arterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (VA-ECMO)-supported percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for multivessel coronary artery disease in a patient considered as a candidate for transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR). VA-ECMO-supported PCI for patients with severe aortic valve stenosis might be a feasible option before TAVR.
