The «truth» of the novel

Abstract

AbstractBenito Pérez Galdós was an attentive reader of the philosophers and scientists of his time and very sensitive to the teachings of history. Literature, novels and theater were the instruments he used to establish a dialogue with these frontier knowledge with which to discuss debating about the central problems.
