Abstract Although there is no proven evidence regarding pharmacotherapy of Sluggish Cognitive Tempo (SCT), we experienced atomoxetine had more effects in decreasing SCT symptoms after switching from methylphenidate in a case with SCT and subthreshold ADHD.
