Abstract

To analyze the impact of the normative regulatory sphere on business environment in Ukraine in order to identify shortcomings of the existing mechanism of the regulatory activities and prospects of its improvement on the current stage of economic development. To prove the feasibility of stud-ies towards the formation mechanism of information relations in the regulatory activity.
